Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your yard. Because we sell services rather than physical products, our refund policy is based on the work performed.

Cancellations

• You may cancel any scheduled service for a full refund up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a trip fee of up to $25.
• Project deposits (such as patio installation) are fully refundable within 7 days of payment if work and material ordering have not started.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We will come back and re-do the affected work free of charge. If we cannot make it right, we will issue a partial or full refund for that service.

Returns

Services cannot be "returned" once performed. Materials purchased specifically for your project (mulch, pavers, plants) that have already been delivered or installed are non-refundable, unless they are defective.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
