Shipping & Service Delivery Policy
Mabie's Lawn & Landscaping LLC is a local lawn care and landscaping service company. We do not ship physical products. All services purchased on MabiesLawnLandscaping.shop are performed on-site at your property.
Service area
We serve Independence, MO and the surrounding Kansas City area, including Blue Springs, Lee's Summit, Raytown, Grain Valley and Sugar Creek. If you are unsure whether we cover your address, call us before booking.
Scheduling
- After your purchase we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your address and schedule your service.
- Most lawn care services are scheduled within 2–5 business days. Landscaping and patio projects are scheduled after a free on-site estimate.
- Services are performed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Snow removal is performed as conditions require.
Weather delays
Rain, storms, extreme heat or frozen ground may delay work. If weather affects your appointment, we will reschedule at no additional cost and notify you by phone, text or email.
Access to your property
Please make sure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and toys, hoses and furniture are cleared from work areas on your service day.
