By using MabiesLawnLandscaping.shop and purchasing services from Mabie's Lawn & Landscaping LLC, you agree to these terms.

Services

Prices listed on this website are starting prices for a standard residential property. Final pricing may vary based on lot size, condition and project scope, and will be confirmed with you before work begins.

Property access & safety

You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to request work on it. You agree to provide safe access and to inform us of underground sprinklers, invisible pet fences, or other hidden hazards. We call Missouri 811 before any digging work.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking online, or on completion for services quoted on-site. Deposits are applied to the final project balance.

Liability

Mabie's Lawn & Landscaping LLC is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinklers or lines that were not disclosed to us, or for plant loss caused by weather or lack of watering after installation.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
